Great podcast! Between the Carcast on the Diesel power and now the Volt, I’m definitely intrigued by the future of “green communting”. I’d love to have a show dedicated to green technologies and have several of the experts in a panel format discuss the pros and cons of each. I feel when we only get one side of the argument at a time, it can be too easy to be swayed by the “marketing speak”. For my overall take on the Carcast show, check out my full review at http://lunch.com/t/pxf

I don’t mind the occasional commercials, esp when Ace does them his way. Any thought of incorporating more of them in the regular podcast so you wouldn’t have to charge for any of them?

It’s not a commercial if you don’t get paid for it. We do try to get new products on the show and for the work of the people coming out we let them toss a pitch. The Chevy folks gave CarCast a preview of the car well ahead of others so while it may seem like a commercial it’s more for you guys to check it out with some of Ace’s take on it. And yes, we do have the commercial/sponsor in mind!

So Ace does the Ford Sync ad for free? I hope not…Otherwise that’s a commercial indeed and a good one I might add.
