Show Summary

Adam Carolla and the Professor Sandy Ganz jump into the lap of luxury in this episode. They jump a private jet from JetSuite and fly into Thermal California, the home of Thermal Motorsports. What’s the ride in from the airport… an Aston Martin Rapide. We meet up with Emma Gwyther who tells us more about the Thermal Motorsports race track and lifestyle. The good times never seem to end, when Lexus drops off a long term ‘Loaner’ car for Adam. We take a peek at his new Lexus ISF.

Special thanks to Emma Gwyther for putting the Thermal Motorsports tour together and JetSuite for the quick lift out to Thermal in their Embraer Phenom Jet (and the ice cold beer!), and lastly the fine folks at Desert European Motorcars for the use of the Aston Martin Rapide.

Interesting titbit, the track design is based on a Picasso painting of a pregnant woman.

They have been making tires with curb/rim protectors for years. They came on just a couple of sizes, but over the years they are becoming more common place. They especially came on the tires that were made for 22″ and plus rims. So it would make sense to have them available on other low-profile tires.

Seatbelts on a jet? Is that a joke? Car was personally inspected by Sandy? First response would be fuck no. But if it was the Ganz man, why that’d be a good thing. You guys were right down the street from me. La Quinta’s nice but Thermal is a shithole. A sanctuary city for illegals, some good, some bad. Just saying, watch where ya stop between the spa and the raceway. Thanks again for a great show!

Suggestion: Car Cast Day at Thermal Motorsports! Get a bunch of Car Cast subcribers out there mix & mingle with Adam and all his rich white buddies

    Sandy,
I’m thinking Emma was smitten by ‘The Professor’. Watch the video again, she spends most of her time looking and smiling at you buddy — even when Adam is talking. I hope the big guy’s ego doesn’t bruise easily having his rep with the ladies take a hit on his own network. Just sayin’…

I love this show,,, Buttttt,. you knew this was coming. Dear Adam, we are not rich. You were poor but now you are rich. I am still poor. Film something for 95% of your viewers that can only afford up to $30,000. vehicles. I am getting tired of your rich man problems. Where is the Adam that I used to hang out with? Please, come down a couple of steps, okay dude?
    I’m just say’in.

Great episode. I loved how uncomfortable the Lexus rep became with Adam’s comments on track days. Also, a number of the East Coast examples of the country club race course have failed, most recently NJ Motorsports Park (or whatever they named it pre-Chapter 11).

  8. Call me joe

Sandy, Adam may have a point about them shades…And the girl is clearly staring at you buddy!!

  9. Andy
