Show Summary

Adam Carolla and the Professor Sandy Ganz welcome Jerry Magnuson. Jerry is the founder of Magnuson Superchargers. Jerry talks about his start in the world of supercharging and of course Adam derails the conversation to some of Jerry prior jobs with Dan Gurney and other historic racers. Jerry brings in his 1932 Ford Roadster. It’s fitted with, as you might guess, a Magnuson blower. Chip Foose worked on the finished product and it’s called the ‘Magnatude’. Troy Ladd’s ’32 Roadster is the featured car this week is from the First CarCast Car-B-Que, Enjoy the show!

While Adam is training for the Toyota Long Beach Celebrity Race, Sandy and Matt take your for tour of Bodie Stroud’s new Hot Rod Shop. Matt D’Andria jumps in as we look at Bodie’s projects which range from a 1956 Pickup to a new build he is just beginning that is based on a Boss 429 idea. Then Professor Ganz gets roped into more free labor instead or working on his projects, but at least he gets to explode a tire onto a rim backwoods style. And finally a peek at Mike Rowe’s first car. Adam and Sandy head out to Hollywood Hot Rods and meet up with owner Troy Ladd. They check out some of his shop and his cars. We also take a look at a new project using the new Ford 5.0 Coyote motors. We pop back to work on The Ripper and do some cutting for the new radiator. Then a look at a ‘Back to the Future’ car from the TMPCC car show. Enjoy!

Ganz runs solo traveling down to the 2010 Grand National Roadster show. He brings along some friends, and talks with Jimmy Shine of So-Cal Speed Shop, Bodie Stroud of BS Hot Rods, Steve Strope of Pure Vision Design, Troy Ladd of Hollywood Hot Rods, and finally the Ring Brothers. Lots of cars, some odd and the usual fun conversation you would expect, we may even have a roadster in the show. Enjoy!
