Ford SVT Raptor
Matt Farah of The Smoking Tire brings in his Ford SVT Raptor. Adam, Sandy and Matt give it the once over. Matt seems to be sold on the SVT Raptor as one of the best trucks he has driven and can’t say enough good about it. And yes the 6.2 is an overhead cam engine!

Oh man, the red seats and dash make it look like a 17 year old’s civic from 1998! Interior trim matching your paint is forbidden as per the rice-burner treaty of 2005!
Regarding the Valentine 1:
It’s the only way to go, especially hardwired. I have one in my CLS 55 AMG hardwired into the rearview mirror, its the only way to fly. ( remember I tried to race you and Donnie in your Audi leaving the improv Adam? ). It also detects Lidar but doesnt jam the signal. You have to get 2 or 3 jammers put on the front of your car , and a bra, and paint the clearcoat diffuser ( veil, find it online). The jammers jam the signal and alert you at the same time allowing you to slow down, and the Veil coating goes on your headlights and any other similar surface to diffuse the Lidar signal that the bra doesnt cover. You will be invisible to Lidar which has become less expensive and therefore much more common than radar.
As always another great podcast.
Here’s a link to a guy that has been getting some attention for a Video he put together.
“Dad died and he left me a 1959 BMW”
You might find it interesting to watch the guys tribute to his dad’s memory.

Matt is a great guy and an absolute car encyclopedia I was there for the pilot filming and hope Speed picks it up. Great guest appearance keep up the good work fellas!
If I could afford one of these Raptors I would give up on my GM truck loyalty tomorrow. Stock w/Fox shocks, add to that; Ford is the only American Car Company not owned by the Government, Winning!
It was a very cool trick. I might not like the red color, but it was built well and looked really good, not over done. Now if they could make that with the new Powerstroke Diesel it might be time to trade in the Excursion 🙂
