Adam and Matt get giddy with anticipation about the upcoming Monterey Historics. Adam talks about which cars he’s going to run. He also discusses sending his mechanic Les cross-country to pick up a new trailer and possibly some more vintage race cars. We also get a glimpse of the 2013 Mustang Shelby GT500 convertible, with its neck-bending, tire-chirping 662 horsepower engine.

“Fat” usually means the horizontal. This is not attractive, up and down. It’s a Ford Expedition Shrinky Dink.
love the batmobile! hopefully some good vidoes of the race are on the way!
Adam’s disdain for american iron (aluminum) is comical.
I crack up that they are saying the car is a bargain at 65K. Though, It is a tribute to factories building standalone High performance vehicles.
Motor trend gave the nod to the new camaro in their head to head, BUT they basically said the mustang was more fun to drive on the street and around town. The Camaro could not overcome all of the horsepower that the mustang comes with stock.
Matt looked like he needed a cold shower after drooling over this car. Hats off to him for keeping Carolla in line. Yes it is not a European six figure museum piece, but it is meant to take out and flog and for that…..it seems like it hit the mark.
Keep up the good work everyone.
Didn’t care too much about the first set of mustangs 94+ but the latest does look amazing in and out and I definetely would love one like this…the sound was amazing. Best part of muscle cars is that sound.
