Aceman, cant wait for the vid, will you be at the concorso de italiano??

  2. Amy August 8, 2009

Great interview with Madeleine Brand! Glad she introduced me to Carcast.

Wow….that’s a strange kind of impressive. 70’s man. We’re the same age, you and me, Adam (even the same sign) but when it comes to that decade, it’s one for the books for you. One for the history books for me. Just looking at that thing I hear Heart’s “barracuda” thumping away and imagine Cousteau taking it down into the coral. It is nothing if not unique. More power to ya, man. How’s about the Mark 5 next on the list.?

Congrats on such a spectacular machine. I have loved the Miura ever since my Dad gave me a 1/16 Matchbox version of the car when I was a kid. You win though, you got the real thing. Cheers! Great podcast Adam.

I loved getting to see the great details of this realy special car
and hear you guys talk about it.

… just wished we coulda heard you fire it up.

Please make sure to add that part to your videos.
It’d be great to hear this beast.

Thanks Aceman, love all the work you’re doing.

    cheers

We did have the car fire up but we were getting punchy and forget to get it in. The revised CarCast Audio should have the music of the car, however it will not make the video.

I forgot to say Beautiful car! Hope to see it in Monterey next week!

    • CarCast August 9, 2009

No cars in Monterey, but the CarCast Crew will all be checking things out. Say hi if you see us.

  7. Broseph August 8, 2009

Really? Did you really spend 11 minutes on that spectacular car, make a remark like “you’ll see when we start it up how crazy this guy was”, and then not start up the Lamborghini V12? Sigh… :'(

    • Motts August 8, 2009

      HEY………..YA!!!

    • CarCast August 9, 2009

Check the CarCast audio, we simply forgot to add it. A revised CarCast will be up hopefully in the next day or so with Adam tossing some V12 music.

Was that duct tape I saw wrapped around the plug wires?

    • CarCast August 9, 2009

Nope it’s some Thermo-Tec heat wrap.

  9. Ceramics Major August 8, 2009

    I’m salivating.

Beautiful car. Thanks for the vid. I like the tire grinding idea, but why stop at just the outer letters? When you pop the bonnet you can see the big “BF GOODRICH” on the inside. Aside from that, pretty impeccable.

  11. Arrested Developer August 9, 2009

I wish he would have started it up.

    Guest Suggestion:

Eric Bana – His movie ‘Love the Beast’ was good. Some great guest appearences from Jay Leno and the Top Gear guy.

the only bad thing was for some reason he thought the movie would be better if he asked Dr. Phil to give his .2 cents on things. That sucked……

Two comments: I think it’s funny how Adam talks shit about all of his family members, mostly his dad, sometimes his mom and wife, during all of his podcasts. Also, I’ve seen the “professor” on other vids on this website but not sure if he’s ever been introduced and I still don’t know what relationship he has with Ace or who he is besides a car enthusiast / racetrack driver.

  14. Patryk August 10, 2009

Great cars, but it would be nice to see them fired them up and driven similar to how Jay Leno does in his garage segments.
