Adam and Jerry O’Connell talk 1973 Buick Centurion

September 4, 2009

Adam and actor Jerry O’Connell talk about his HUGE 1973 Green Buick Centurion Convertible. A car this big should only come with one engine as well, the Buick 455. This car might be though of a traditional American ‘Land Yacht’. The car had to be sold due to a hair problem… Enjoy the slide show and conversation!

The Weez is really hot about doing the video format as well. I think we will end up having both formats and as soon as we get things a little more smooth in how we get the shows out it will be done.

My best friend had a ’72 Centurion his parents bought new. It was awesome!. We drove it around after high school in the late ’70s and had a blast. We called it the “Gack” because the first three letters of the standard issue VA plate were “GAC-“. The name seemed descriptive.

FWIW, please don’t ditch the audio Podcasts. I just discovered them and stream them to my iPhone while driving to and from work. They a hilarious, entertaining and informative — what great media should be. It would not be too smart for me to try to drive and watch Adam pop hoods to look at plenums. I’m not as good a driver as those dipshits I see texting and primping. It’s all I can do to watch the road and operate my fucking car.
